• $ = $200-$350, 1-2 hours: 1-3 inches compact & dense; 6-8 inches long and sparse. 

• $$ = $350-$525, 2-3 hours: 3-5 inches compact and dense, 8-12  inches long and sparse.

• $$$ = $525-$700, 3-4 hours: 5-7 inches compact and dense, 12-15 inches long and sparse

• $$$$ = $700-$875 = 4-5 hours: 7-9 inches compact and dense, 15 - 20 inches long and sparse

• Outer arm, legs, anywhere over muscle is usually faster/cheaper; inner arm, torso, ribs, collarbone, lower stomach, lower back, back of shoulder is longer/more expensive
