How it works:

Using found materials (yours or mine), we cast shadows onto paper or skin to build the basis of a composition. The tattoo itself results from a long process of playful experimentation. In the process, we develop intimacy with the material and its infinite shadow forms, distilling one snapshot or synthesizing a few. Though the material you bring in need not have strong personal significance, some closeness with it or curiosity about it is encouraged. Every session is different and tailored specific needs and desires of the client.

This tattoo offering is available for anybody who is interested in working collaboratively, experimentally, and with trust in the material to lead the way.

Pricing structure: $50/hour of drawing/design time; $150-170/hour of tattooing time. Most pieces require 1-2 hours of drawing and 2-4 hours of tattooing. Pieces that require more than 4 hours of tattooing will need to be split into 2+ sessions. Capped at $900/day
